Adobe illustrator update stuck

We are sorry for the trouble. I would like to know if the steps suggested in the helpx article shared by Monika helped or not.

If not, would you mind trying the steps suggested in this community post (https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/creative-cloud-seems-to-be-taking-longer-than-usual-to-initialize/td-p/9796855) and see if that helps?

If it doesn't, would you mind sharing a few details asked by Mike, such as free disk space, OS Version & system specification?

Best you restart your computer, make sure you have enough hard drive space, are connected with a wired connection preferably to wireless and try again following the steps in the link provided in previous response.

If you need more help. let us know what OS version you have.
