Adobe Illustrator v28.73 & v29.1 Lagging

I don't know what happending but both of my Adobe Illustrator is lagging, before the update to the new one the old one works fines. 

 

I'm not working on a heavy illustration but still lagging. I selected a text and it show loading icon. 

 

Currently on Mac OS 15.1.1 (M2 Pro) 15GB RAM 

 

Can anyone suggest a fix or is Adobe issue, I paid every month and this is whar I get when I need to use it for something ?

It worked! The App Magnet was causing the problem, i closed the app and it fixed it.

I'm having the same issue with Illustrator and InDesign. After the update, it takes about 3 seconds for it to recognize I selected something. And after it does select the item, it drags it out of place. It's taking me triple the time to do my normal work.

    That sounds terrible. Could you please check if you have any third-party plugins or window managers activated and try disabling them temporarily to see if that makes a difference?
