Adobe Illustrator will not start up - I cannot use it at all. Error: 1394689636

Question

My Adobe Illustrator has stopped working completely...

I can't use it at all.

I upated to 2021, and also downloaded the plugins I ususally use...

I get the screenshot attached here, when starting, and it won't let me get beyond the error message.

I am running windows 10 pro.

I also use cutmaster plugin for a cutting software at my factory.

Also, is there someone at Adobe I could reach out to about this? I've never had something like this happen before.

I agree with Monika here. This error is probably generated by a third party plugin. Please remove the plugin & see if it helps.
