Adobe Library Doesn't Auto Update with Changes

Hello,

 

I work at a company that uses Adobe Libraries in Illustrator, and frequently makes updates to them. We have found that when someone updates a Library, this update isn't reflected on each user's account, unless they go and re-add/re-follow the library. Since we use multiple libraries and update them quiet frequently, it's not efficient to have everyone re-add these libraries every time we make a change. Does anyone have a solution for how you can make a library auto-update to the most recently saved version?

I would first make sure everyone has their CC desktop app updated. There have been several updates over the past few weeks. If the CC desktop app is not updated, syncing is interrupted effecting libraries.
