Adobe Library Sync Issue

Hi, has anyone experienced this issue before with editing existing cloud library files and then they break/corrupt? If so, has anyone found a solution yet? I have tried using the Creative Cloud Cleaner to sort out the issue, uninstalling, resetting my Mac, logging in and out of the cloud, etc. Nothing seems to be working so if anyone has any suggestions I would much appreciate it!

I've created a video to show the issue I am having in better detail:

I'm also experiencing this a whole year later, but didn't see an update @Anubhav M what is the issue here?  How can I fix it?  I need libraries to work on my machine.  When I add a new graphical element into the library, Illustrator simply hangs.  Why?

Sounds very similar to what I encountered last week and logged it as Corrupt Library Files. I've no solution to offer only the knowledge you're not alone in dealing with corrupt library issues.

Of course, Adobe hasn't furnished a solution either. @Anubhav M provided me the same steps as you, but they didn't work.

I'm experiencing the same. MBP M2 Max running latest Sonoma. I was losing so much work that I did the full CC Cleaner/re-installation process, but no dice. Super frustrating as Libs are a vital part of my workflow, and saving everything as a regular file for backup is getting tiresome. So far I've had this happen to assets created in both Illustrator and Photoshop. On top of that, sometimes certain libraries open with only 4 assets showing (while others seem fine). I've had this happen in After Effects and Illustrator. Closing/re-opening the app generally fixes this issue, at least.

Hello @kimberley25684811lkjj,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I tried replicating this behavior on my end but could not do so. Would you mind trying the following steps to check if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications
- Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application using the utility: (https://adobe.ly/4anFMrO)
- Download and install Creative Cloud Desktop: (https://adobe.ly/4awtrBC)

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hello, I have already tried logging out, uninstalling on all devices using the Creative Cloud Cleaner and reinstalling. The problem persists, unfortunately.
