Adobe Me sale color crema en vez de blanco

Buenos Dias Estimados, He tenido problema con el programa general de adobe tanto en photoshop como illustrator. lo que pasa despues de estar el diseño en vez de imprimir blanco (en los lugares que tiene blanco) me imprime como color crema. y en el photoshop o illustrador veo que es blanco . lo hemos intentado de imprimir desde otro lado y sale bien . sale blanco como debe ser. la impresora 

la impresora es LaserJet Pro M454dw con una IMAC M3 , he actualizado, reiniciado, desintalado e intalado . y me sigue saliendo de color crema.

Thanks for sharing the details. Kindly share a public link to a sample Ai file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. and screenshots of the Color Settings and Print settings used so we can check it with the team.
