Adobe Performance Issue caused by Adobe Cloud
Last month Adobe cloud went down and affected the performance of all Adobe software. As someone who lives in Tokyo this happened in the morning, in other words other users across the globe may have not experienced this issue.
Initially not knowing that Cloud was down, I troubleshoot everything, until my art director told me what has happened and told me to use adobe software offline.
It was then to my shock the difference in speed and performance when using Adobe, especially illustrator in my case, offline.
Even until know, whenever I experience lag, I restart the software but offline, and all the performance issues dissapear.
The point of this post is to turn the developers focus away from the idea that performance issues are caused by our own hardware, and towards the fact that the issue not only lies in the software, but also in Adobe's cloud servers, and software n cloud connectivity.
To any users experiencing performance issues, I highly recommend using Adobe offline.
