Adobe make lots of apps, and each of them has its own SDK and interfaces. If you mean Adobe Illustrator specifically, it's C++. Info on developing for Adobe Illustrator, https://developer.adobe.com/illustrator/

i curently useing Extend Script for developing my scripts, but many of decide operations not executable in ths way.
