Adobe stock photo wont open in AI as EPS

I have been trying to download the stock image #197301769 but everyttime I download it on my iPad and go to import it, AI says it is unable to. I have no idea how to fix it, I tried it on desktop as well.

It doesn't open on the desktop?

There could be reasons it doesn't open on the Illustrator iPad version, because Stock files can be much lower file versions. But it should open on the desktop.

I tried to on desktop as well and it didn't work, I didn't have adobe illustrator on my desktop I just tried to open it by itself. But I can download the app on there and give it a try.

WIthout Illustrator of course you cannot open it.

@Zach_Smith2649 the extension at the end of that file says ai (AdobeStock_196813808-1.ai). I could have sworn my Illustrator Draw is no longer available on the iPad. Maybe try Adobe Fresco, a more comprehensive drawing and painting app to open this file on the iPad
