Hi, Im new to adobe illustrator and got stuck.

Spent an hour now trying to understand how to get support from Adobe! Isn't there any live chat for users? Ive tried too search in the community for any topic relatade to my issue but couldn't find anything. So, how do I find help when needed and not interested of scrolling in the community?
