After Generating AI Vector, How to Add New Prompts and Develop the Image

Is it possible to evolve an AI generated vector? After I generate an image, if I add a new text prompt, it deletes my image and creates something completly different. But I want to have a conversation with the AI and evolve the image.

You can only draw rectangles in the size the new objects and then add Objects to the generated image.
