After update the Lastest Illustrator

After update Ai to the latest version, sometime when save file to pdf, will pop up error.

Any 1 facing the same issue? or do any 1 have any solution?

I want to assure you that our team is aware of this issue. The bug has been logged, and we have successfully reproduced the problem. Our developers are actively working on a fix to address this issue. While we work on resolving it, you might consider using the previous version of Illustrator (v27.7) as a temporary workaround (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html). Many users have found this to be helpful in avoiding the issue until a stable solution is released.

Exactly what is in your file?

Exactly how do you save the PDF?

Did you already reboot the computer?

And reset the preferences?

Hi,

1）The attached is the image of my file

2）We use "save as" to save as pdf

3)Yes, I did, a few time

4) i had try the below link to reset my prefences, but no luck, coz I'm using Adobe acrobat pro.
