After updating - Can no longer move objects with keyboard arrows!

Hi,

In illustrator, after updating to the newest version released now in October 2017, I can no longer move objects by simply pressing the arrows on my keyboard, and I can't no longer go out of isolation mode by hitting escape.


This is so annoying, if you are a illustrator user you know how often you move objects and curves by using the arrows.

Is it just me having this problem or is this a new for the Illustrator CC update?

Have you already restarted the computer?

The next thing to try would be rebuilding the preferences. There is a method which can be made undone (in case it doesn't help). You need to rename the folder. Described in here:

Can you check the Preferences option for keyboard increment?

Okay, good to know its just me.

Keyboard increment is set to 1px, so don't know why its not working then... suggestions?
