aggiornamento Sierra 10.13.2

Vi dico in ordine cos'ho fatto:

Grazie a tutti.

Have you already tried deleting the Illustrator preferences?

Have you already tried resetting the OOBE folder?

Come impostare le preferenze in Illustrator

“Errore server sconosciuto” durante l’accesso ad Adobe Creative Cloud

If that doesn't help, then the problem could actually be the user account. They sometimes go corrupt. And when searching the web you will find that updating High Sierra has caused issues with this that are not at all connected to Illustrator, but have issues with QuickTime or the like. Does Apple then also say it's not their problem?

There are several web sites that have tips on how to fix or restore your user account such as:

https://appletoolbox.com/2016/07/fix-corrupt-user-accounts-macos/

I never had to do it (not using High Sierra) so I can't judge which one offers a valid method. You might want to do some of your own research and compare.

Your account can only be canceled if it is a month to month payment.

You need to log in to your Creative Cloud account and then cancel it. There should be a button to do that.

If you can't find the button, you likely will have to contact support.

Log in to your account and then use the directions on this website: contact-bumper
