Aggiornamento versione Illustrator

Buongiorno ho un Mac book pro con processore I9 e il programma non si aggiorna alla nuova versione 26.3.1 ma resta ferma alla 26.0.1 nemmeno se cerco l'aggiornamento nella Creative Cloud. Qualcuno riesce ad aiutarmi?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try removing and re-installing Illustrator and check if it helps.

 

Also, if you are getting an error message while updating, please share the error code along with the version of macOS running on your computer.
