Agricultural texture

 Hi everyone. I wanted to re-create an agricultural texture in my thesis work (simply I have to insert a lot of lines to make the result as the photo) but I have to do it manually, and I have to draw so many lines. I'm asking if  someone has a simpler and faster method to draw and align all those lines. Thanks.
