Ai creating crash report each time I try to load

Hi,

I have been running AI for some time and my pc had a windows 10 update and since then I cannot load AI at all it just gives a crash report, I have uninstalled the update and it then worked fine but windows reinstalled the update while pc was on and now it does not load at all even when I try to uninstall the update as before, any ideas?
