AI downloading issue

Hi, I'm trying to download AI into a new device, a iPad Pro...I'm offered an email link which when I click on simply just sends me back to the same offer of email link, a loop....is my new device settings the cause? My account is good....?!

Steve,

To get a Draw project into AI:

Start by closing your Draw project, then reopen and send to Illustrator Desktop APP and take it from there.

Ahhh, you guys are the best...stand around for a group hug....for responding, despite my dumb assed-ness... little disappointed I didn't catch that...knuckleheads ( I am king) at Adobe Support didn't either...anyways, it's all good!..discovered Adobe Draw, a couple Photo Shop apps & something Capture...sweet!! Realms of infinite possibilities...cut the cord on my giant sling shot!!! Thanks, I plan on staying in touch...you guys are into Draw as well no doubt? Throw me some excercises to whet my appetite & get me feet wet...Cheers, nice chatting, my puppy wants me to throw the ball now...
