AI Exporting problem

Hello!

I have been making banners for an event and I sent them off for printing. I made it exactly as the template (PDF), grabbed the shape from there and made it on it. Saved it as .AI, and the print company imported the .AI into Corel together with the PDF of the template. For them, it shows that the size of the .AI to the .PDF is 1:10, what could be the problem? Would exporting it as .TIFF would help?

Make sure your artboard (not just your document) is less than 200 x 200 inches.

The one you have will be bigger (given the problem you describe). It is NO USE REDUCING IT.

You have to make a NEW smaller artboard and copy/paste/remake in the new document.

The problem is that they imported it into CorelDRAW, which obviously didn't recognize the Large Canvas document.
