Ai extremely lag especially when zooming and dragging

Everytime I zoom or drag the screen it lags, sometimes when selecting items and dragging anchor points, the response time is about 3-10 seconds, it's very annoying. Is there any way to solve this problem? Since my PC build is not bad and I checked the performace when using Ai, the usages of CPU, GPU and RAM are low so I don't think it's cause by hardware limitation.

I'm using Illustrator v29.0 and here is my PC spec:

CPU: i5-12600KF

RAM: 32GB DDR4

GPU: RTX 3080 10GB

SSD: 1GB

Did you already reboot the computer?

Does this work better in a new file with a very simple object?
