Ai fonts

I'm using Ai 2016 on PC and Laptop

but I installed the same fonts on both but I found problem when I open the file on laptop

1. font that I just installed are miss and other text on artwork are also disappeared

2. I installed the Chinese font on PC and Laptop ( Ai shown that font is disappeared, however Ai on PC sync that font)

but on Laptop the font are also missing but Ai can't sync the font (pink highlight)

HI davidb,

As per your query, you have installed the same font on two different systems, however, it works on PC but not on laptop.

In that case, please try to delete font cache on laptop and check what happens

If it still does not help uninstall and reinstall font again.
