Ai - GPU not available on AMD Ryzen 7?

I just bought the new laptop (Microsoft Surface) which is running on AMD Ryzen 7 Microsoft Surface (R) Edition 2.00 GHz. Unfortunately, Ai showed GPU not available. Could someone help me resolving this?

Check your AMD settings panel. You need to increase the video RAM allotment to at least 1 GB.
