AI keeps crashing when saving files

AI keeps crashing while saving the file. I could not save any files at all. I have uninstalled all adobe related products and reinstalled only AI but the problem still occurred. What should I do? Please help.

Now I cannot even open the file. It automatically quits when trying to opening the file. Looking for help.
