does ANYone use AI on a surface pro? if so, is there a fix for the small UI size? i'd love to find a plain english explination of a fix.

is there anyone getting paid to help us from adobe that can address this?

if there is no fix, just say it?

i have several other small problems too with AI, and maybe it simply doesnt work on this computer?

Hi Monica! "This has been discussed in this forum several times." so what's the solution? 'because i've yet to find it!

    "Try this link...(surface pro artist)"

I did! and it you look closely at the link, you'll see: "UPDATE: The January 15, 2014 release of Adobe Illustrator CC (version 17.1) makes this hack unnecessary." so, if that's the case, why do i still have this problem? in addition, i DID the registry hack, and it DID work for a while, but stopped working. i suspect one of the windows updates did something to overwrite what i did, but IDK.

    "and this... (dan antonielli  link)"

THIS page describes the same "registry "hack" as above! is there an official adobe fix?

"and this... (adobe link about supporting high dpi)

THIS page, from 2013, talks about CS SIX. i have to chuckle at the link too, i could not see any difference between the A and B images, can you? i even opened the image in pshop, put B on a different layer and set it to difference, and aside from some noise, they were identical.

are you, as an adobe employee or representative telling me the "fix" is a hack, and the "hack" was supposed to be fixed in 2014? this is what we get as CS enterprise customers get?

Most of the people in this forum are neither representatives nor Adobe staff. And this also applies to me.

Adobe staff is marked as "Staff". Most of the forum members are just trying to solve other peoples' problems in their free time here.

So you have already tried the solutions in these links? Then maybe you want to explain in greater detail what's happening in your case. One of the solutions in these hacks has helped people in the past. And your post is the first time that this problem reappears after applying the hacks.
