AI on illustrator does not work

When I try to generate anything with the generate vector feature, I get the pictured error. I dont have any updates available, and I've tried signing out and signing back in to creative cloud. is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

right after your post i saw a few more reporting the same. ie, maybe it's a problem on adobe's end.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
