can i use export screen feature in Adobe Illustrator to export a file as a JPG Then make PDF of the JPG file for printing?

Is there a reason you can't just save or export a PDF directly from your AI file?

Yeah, no kidding. Destructively exporting Illustrator artwork in a lossy compressed pixel-based format (JPEG) and then re-packaging it in PDF makes no sense at all.
