AI to PDF conversion unwanted lines are showing in printout copy

While printing (ai to PDF) new lines are getting generated which is not showing in During creation of circuits/lines in Adobe illustrator CS5. Even before printing, those unwanted lines are not in visible but after printing we can able to see the extra lines in phocopy. Please support to reslove this issue
