AI to SVG Cut File

I am having issues trying to exporting file into my ONYX RIP 11 to do a vinyl cut. In illustrator it all looks fine, and ive done this many times but today it isnt working. the image looks all jumbled and messy when i open it in the RIP. It needs to be an SVG> I dont know what to do please help
