Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I have recently seen this issue posted by a few users but with different Adobe apps. This issue got resolved by whitelisting this "cc-api-data.adobe.io" URL in the system network firewall. If you are using any third-party network adblocker or antivirus, then add that URL there as well.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I have recently seen this issue posted by a few users but with different Adobe apps. This issue got resolved by whitelisting this "cc-api-data.adobe.io" URL in the system network firewall. If you are using any third-party network adblocker or antivirus, then add that URL there as well.

    I'm running Norton Anti-virus & Malwarebytes. What do you mean by "whitelisting" where do I put "cc-api-data.adobe.io"  in these 2 programs?
