AL INICIAR ILLUSTRATOR

Question

Buenas tardes, ya estoy cansada de pedir ayuda a los agentes para que me boludeen. Aqui estoy, cuando abro illustrator normal o Beta, me aparece asi, cuando cierro el cartel blanco, se me cierra todo. ¿Alguna solución?.

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Could you share both versions of Illustrator you're using, along with the technical specifications of the Windows machine you're working on? Please ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Illustrator mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/43FXS7R

Also, try quitting Illustrator completely, then signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and signing back in to check if it makes a difference.
