Alert about not enough memory

I can't open two files at same time. The alert is "Not enough memory to open illustration".
I must close one to open another.

16GB RAM
Problem occurres since a month with small and large files too. The same files before worked correctly.
I've tried to disinstall and reinstall AI but unfurtunately it still the same.
