Alignment in illustrator

The default alignment in illustrator when creating a Circle is 0 on the right side.

I study Sun O. Time Space. Dimensional Light Formations of Sun O.

If a Dimensional Light formation is created Horizontal Parallel it creates center to the circle.

If a Dimensional Light formation is created from 0 or 1 on the right side with Rotational Cross Alignment it creates center to the circle.

If the Dimensional Light formation is Star Alignment it doesn’t creates center and the Alignment changes to top of the circle. The same for the Rotational Reflective UTV Alignment or it is on the right side 0 or 1?

Is it possible a designer or a technician of illustrator to confirm that this is how the algorithm of illustrator has been designed or created?
