I apologize I have a MacOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 with 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 and 16GB.

I installed it before, and it was working fine. It just suddenly stopped working today.

I tried re-installing it, but I cannot re-install it as it says I have to close safari bookmarks and to debug>sync iCloud History, but I can't seem to close it or maybe I'm missing something. I try to search what other possibilities that I could do, but I am not fluent and just a bit stupid with technology.

The font that I used it called Copperplate which was already available on Illustrator, however I changed the shape of text by opening Object>Envelope Distort>Make with Mesh.

It seems that when I used a new page on Illustrator with the same font (Copperplate) it works fine. However, when I open the file that I work on, and I try to click on the font or the image, it immediately closes; I got the image from the internet, and vectorized it.

I restarted my computer today.
