All files lost

Hello team,

 

The issue I'm facing is the losss of all my libraries and files saved on Creative Cloud storage.

I've been working on several files with no problems for months, last day I found my account logged out (on both my device) and no files were present anymore.

I can only see some of them in the "recent files" section.

 

Has anyone ever faced this problem, and eventually solved it?

So this is a Team license? Did you already talk to the IT department that manages your account?

    I've had the same issue. All my illustrator files have disappeared from my iPad Pro. I use my work license for home use.

    So your license is managed by your IT department? Have you already talked to them?
