All layers become invisible after reopening the file

Question

Hey guys!

I did this file on adobe cloud, then saved locally to my intel iMac. Everything works.

However, when I opened both the cloud and local working file with M4Pro macbook, all the layers are there but none is visible. I tried changed colour, drag them, toggle the eyes (visibility). I do see outline during CPU Preview, but when changing back to GPU Preview then back to nothing.

I wonder if there's any solution or it is a bug with Apple Silicon chip/ latest version of Illustrator? Would be really appreciate if anyone could share your wisdom to help resolve the issue :') Thanks!

Hello @Flawsome C,Could you try reverting to an older version of your Cloud Document (https://adobe.ly/4miTfri) to see if it helps? If not, kindly share a link to the file here or via DM (https://adobe.ly/4mfJRES), so I can check it on my end.Note: While sharing the file, kindly make the link public and enable the option to Save a Copy under Link Settings.Looking forward to hearing from you.
