Already open file, when clicked for the first time, opens "Open File" window.

Maybe it’s my computer, maybe I’m doing something wrong, but since the last update, every now and then, when I first click on an open file window in Illustrator the pop up for file explorer shows up. I can’t recreate it every time, and it doesn’t seem to matter how long I wait after opening a file- it just- sometimes happens. 

This is why I’m wondering if it’s my computer lol.
