Alt Click Rotate Adobe Illutrastor CC 2020 cursor sticky and won't release. with Huion

Hi, I have some issues when working on Illustrator with my Huion HS610. Everytime I use the rotate tool and using alt-click feature, my cursor get stuck with the anchor point and won't release. That's quite annoying for me because I mainly working with pen tablet.

Please inform me how to fix this problem or there is any solution to this? I have read some thread about this issues from the AI CC 2017 and try that method, it worked but still get annoying becasue I have to changed between mouse and pen tablet.
