Always not responding

I always face this problem where my illustrator and photoshop, will not responding and black screen even though I just minimize it and open back or, when I save it also will have this problem. My file is just 10MB, is not heavy. Last time I used CS4 doesn't have this problem.

 

Any idea on how come this happen? Thank you very muchie.

    How do you mean «always»? 

    We can't help you without specifications about your AI/PS versions and of your System/Computer. Last time with CS4 for you mean like 10years ago?

    Hi,

    The always means like the problem appears around few times in a day. I just change to use CC, last week I am still using CS4.

     

    My AI/PS is the latest version. My computer is ThinkStation P330
    Windows 10 Pro 64 (1903)
    Intel Core i5-9400 Processor (9M Cache, up to 4.10 GHz)
    16GB DDR4 2666MHz UDIMM
    256GB SSD
    NVIDIA Quadro P1000 4GB (4xMini DP) High Profile

    Screen turning black sounds like issues with the graphic card.

    Problems when saving hint at issues with a missing printer.

    Or with issues while saving to a networked drive (which is a general issue in Illustrator)
