An AI tool for producing consistent characters for writers of children's books

Hello. 

Firstly, thank you for what you do.

I was wondering if you have a tool that I haven't found yet that a writer can use to illustrate stories. I am having a problem finding a tool that can produce a storyboard where you can produce consistent looking characters from one scene to another, or a tool where an amateur artist can input drawings of the major characters and have the AI produce those characters in different settings throughout the book.

If there is such a feature available I would be very interested in using it.
