Anchor Points Missing

When I use the Pen tool to draw a shape, the anchor points disappear and you have to guess where they are. This causes TONS of problems because if you find them, you can only move them around and not alter them anymore. SO Frustrating!!!

You could also try Cmd/Ctrl-H which is the toggle for Show/Hide Edges.
