Animated zoom stops working after entering outline view (cmd + Y) (Illustrator v 26.1)

Hi there!

This is a bug that I have found several times in the past, when updating to the last illustrator version, and usually it takes some updates to fix it. 

The problem is that when entering the Outline view mode (Cmd + Y) the animated zoom stops working, and it stays that way even when back to the normal view. I have to close the document, and reopen it for the animated zoom to start working properly again.

I have the latest update (v26.1) on a the next computer:

- Os: Windows 10 Pro
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz

- Installed RAM: 16

- GPU: AMD Radeon R9 380 series
