Annoying pop-up directions on all tools in Illustrator

I ask the community to back my petition to the Adobe Illustrator creators for excluding or getting rid of the annoying pop-up explanations on how to use the tools in Illustrator. This help is extremly unpleasant and irritating while working, they pop up and linger like forever and when you need to focus they are just distracting. Could you please get rid of them? Or maybe tell me how to disactivate them if there is an option I am not aware of?
