application language does not change HELP ILLUSTRATOR
I change the language from Adobe Creative Cloud menu preferences, but the Illustrator language does not change.

The change in the CC app is only the intall language. So after changing the lanuage you also need to install Illustrator.
But it is actually more complicated than that.
If you have more than one language installed, then Illustrator will always run in the same langugage as the system.
If you need to run Illustrator in a different language than your system is, then you first need to uninstall whatever is currently installed and install Illustrator in the language you want to use it in.
