Application launch problem.

Application launch problem.
None of the versions start. Throws an error without specifying what exactly happened and closes. Windows 10 x64.
Someone recommended installing Microsoft Visual C ++ but that doesn't help either. As a result, this is the only application used that does not work on my computer ... At the same time, money for using the cloud is withdrawn regularly ...

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the Adobe Illustrator? Please make sure Windows 10 is updated to the latest version. You may also try suggestions given on this community post & let us know if they help.
