Appliquer une couleur à tout un groupe sans avoir à dissocier

Bonjour,
Depuis peu je ne peux plus aplliquer la même couleur à tous les éléments d'un groupe sans avoir à tous les dissocier ce qui s'avère être une option extremement chronophage et contre-productive. Comment revenir à la gestion historique des couleurs au sein des groupes ?

It's the same problem with the eyedropper, the color windows, or the color chart windows.
The software apply the color i choose, but i can't see it on the screen. In order to see it, i have to enter in the group, ungroup every element and choose transparency for each. Then i back to the roots and i'm finally able to see my modofocation. That's turning me crazy...

Can you please upload a demo document?

Did you check the Appearance panel?

Probably what's happened is: You did it wrong once and then you can't change it anymore unless you check out the Appearance panel and delete the fill/stroke that was applied in the wrong way: https://youtu.be/YZooJyG2UT4
