Apps Crashing (illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop)

My apps have been crashing a lot lately, especially Illustrator and After Effects sometimes Photoshop. I have an Asus ROG Strix (2024 version) that i bought last year brand new and upgraded the RAM from 16gig to 32gig. The whole of last year everything was working perfectly only this year the crashes have been really frequent. I did the memory check for the ram and it's fine, also upgraded the graphics drivers but still nothing. What could be the issue?

What exact version of Illustrator and operating g system are you using? Are you using any third-party plug-ins for either your Illustrator or operating system?

    I’m using version 30.7 for illustrator and Windows 11 the latest update as well. For Illustrator i’m not using 3rd party but for After Effects, I do
