Apps not responding

Hi I'm experiencing a high level of 'Apps not responding' instances, mainly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, I'm not dealing with huge files really and I'm using the latest Apple Mac Mini. I'm having to restart my computer about 4 or 5 times a day due to the spinning beach ball! I've resinstalled the Apps from Creative Cloud, but it's still happening. Any help would be appreciated as I'm not sure if it's hardware or software related. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the frequent app freezes. Could you please share your exact macOS version and the system specifications of your Mac Mini (processor, RAM, and storage)? Also, try launching Illustrator and InDesign individually in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists, as that helps rule out third-party background conflicts. Moreover, please test the issue in a new local admin user account as well to isolate any account-specific issues. 

 

Let me know your observations, and we can take it further from there.
