ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud does not show up in extensions

Question

Hi there. I am trying to open an .aix file that I exported from ArcGIS Pro. Last week I had no problems using the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud extension, but now the extension doesn't even show up in Illustrator. My coworker is having the exact same problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension already. I am using Adobe Illustrator 2024. Can anyone please help???

I have the same issue.I just installed the plugin using the Adobe installer. But the extension is not showing up.Hello @Sekou_TRAORE0617,Could you try the following steps to install the ArcGIS Maps for Creative Cloud extension and let us know if it helps:1) Close Photoshop and Illustrator2) Open the Creative Cloud Desktop application, navigate to the tab for Stock & Marketplace from the left panel, and search for ArcGIS3) Select ArcGIS Maps for Creative Cloud under the Plugins section and install it.4) Once this is done, an installation file is downloaded to the Documents folder on your computer.For macOS: ArcGISMapsforAdobe_Mac_[version].pkgFor Windows: ArcGISMapsforAdobe_Win_[version].exe5) Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. 6) Launch Illustrator or Photoshop and select Window > Extensions > ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud.Looking forward to hearing from you. Perhaps the extension isn't updated for 2024 yet. Can you install Illustrator 2023 simultaneously? That said, also please contact ArcGIS's support as well, if you haven't already.
