Are these grahics cards AMDRadeon Pro Vega II MPX, Radeon Pro W6800X MPX compatible with Illustrator

Hi I'm working on a 2019 Mac Pro OS 12.1with an AMD radeon Pro W5700x mpx graphics card, 96GB ram. It's a bit glitchy working on large illustrator files and i was thinking of upgrading to a different card to see if performance improves so i'm wondering if these 2 cards are compatible- AMDRadeon Pro Vega II MPX, Radeon Pro W6800X MPX? It's very hard to get any information on the topic, but due to the cost of the cards i need to be sure! I'm using Illustrator 26.3.1
