Are you Kidding? No Text Warp? is there any other options?

Ok, so I am not finding where I can do a text warp like that in the gui.

I want to do a "Arc Lower" warp with a -17% Bend and verticl of 10%.
Is this possible using some other method? Can someone help with this?

From my CS2 manual… but things may have changed so check…

PluginItem. An art item created by an illustrator plug-in. Scripts can create a plugin item using PlacedItem.trace or RasterItem.trace, and can copy existing plugin items using duplicate method, but cannot create PluginItem objects directly.

For me this is no go…

So, is warp considered a pluggin item. And if so, how do I use it on a text item.

Man I wish this documentation had much more samples.

Looks like photoshop can do it, so maybe I can just write a photoshop script fo this.
